Cheer has started

Well, cheer has started for my 12th and LAST year. I am really tired (and hot). If I hadn't made the commitment, I wouldn't go anymore. Kind of boring -- the day to day stuff. I love the competitions. Now, I don't even miss coaching. My girls aren't here/there...... Just not the same without my long time friends, either. But Maren's there 2 days a week and that's great. I feel the Fechter family has given a LOT to this organization and it's time to let go and move on. To what, I'm just not sure, but I'm moving on. I made a lot of friends and worked with a LOT of girls. That was fun! I wouldn't have traded it for the world -- getting to know my own girls and working with them closely all these years. That's the reason I did it. (Of course, I like winning too. I didn't know I was that competitive.)

My life

Well, my daughter wanted/wants me to write stuff here about my life. It's just not that interesting -- not that I'm bored all the time, but that's life. I try to work only 4 days per week (I'm self-employed) and spend the other days doing -- I don't even know. I have a cleaner. My husband does the laundry. So what do I do? Read. Visit the kids/grandkids. VP for cheer. Watch HGTV. Use the computer to do whatever. Bug Dave. Hmmmmmmmmmm. That's my life.
